Is shipping really free?
Yes. Every order ships free with no minimum purchase, both in the United States and Colombia. The price you see is the price you pay.
Which cities do you deliver to in USA and Colombia?
In the USA we deliver to most major metropolitan areas (Miami, Orlando, Tampa, New York, Houston, Los Angeles, and more). In Colombia we deliver in Bogota, Medellin, Cali, Barranquilla, Cartagena, Bucaramanga, Pereira and many smaller cities. Enter your city at checkout to confirm coverage.
Do you offer same-day delivery?
Yes, in most cities, as long as you order before 2:00 PM local time. Some elaborate arrangements require 1-2 days of preparation; this is shown clearly on each product page.
Can I choose the delivery date?
Absolutely. At checkout you select the date that works for you. Delivery times are approximate (morning or afternoon depending on the city). For a specific time slot, message us on WhatsApp before placing the order.
What happens if no one is home at delivery?
Our courier will call the recipient. If the delivery cannot be completed, we will reschedule for the next business day at no extra cost. We may also leave the arrangement with a neighbor or doorman if you authorize it in the order notes.
How do you guarantee the flowers are fresh?
Every arrangement is prepared the same day of delivery with flowers selected that morning. If you are not satisfied with the freshness, contact us within 24 hours with a photo and we will replace the arrangement at no cost.
Can I include a personalized message?
Yes. During checkout there is a field for your message. We print it on a card and include it inside the arrangement, completely free.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover). Payments are processed securely through Stripe; we do not store your card information on our servers.
Can I send flowers to another country?
Yes. We deliver between the USA, Colombia, Puerto Rico and Mexico. Select the destination country at the top of the site and the available products and prices for that country will be shown.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Yes, as long as the order has not been dispatched for delivery. Contact us via WhatsApp or email as soon as possible and we will help you change the date, address, or cancel for a full refund.
How do I care for the flowers once they arrive?
Keep them away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Change the water every 2 days and trim the stems diagonally every 2-3 days. With this simple care your arrangement will last 5-7 days at its best.
